I've added this page to help you find answers quickly, hope you find it useful.
Q. How long have you been making models for?
A. I've been making models since I was very young, and built up a massive collection of K'nex over time. In 2004 I decided to start making "big" models as replicas of real rides and it just went from there.
-------------------------------------
Q. Which models did you make? / Are all the models in the photo galleries made by you?
A. I made all of the models on the "My Models" page. I also have pictures of other people's models in my gallery.
-------------------------------------
Q. What do you use to make the models?
A. I use a mixture of Knex, Plastic, Card, Metal and lights to make my rides
-------------------------------------
Q. How long did it take to build your rides?
A. There is no specific "build time" for my rides, as I build the basic ride and add bits to it when I think of them. For example it took me about a month to make the Sizzler but I'm still adding bits to it. Likewise with the Booster and Drop Zone.
-------------------------------------
Q. Do all your rides work? / Are they motorised?
A. All of my rides are fully operational and all have motors apart from the Drop Tower which currently uses a hand winch which I will replace with a motor shortly.

Q. Do your models Pull Down onto the trailer like the real thing?
A. Yes, they all fold up apart from the Scorpion Coaster. They are as close to the real thing as possible. I have managed to get the Drop Zone to pull down onto one trailer which helps to save space.
-------------------------------------
Q. How do you light your models?
A. At the moment the lighting on my rides is pretty basic but gives a good effect, I have used mini light bulbs as flood lights on all the rides which are connected to a power supply. On my Booster I use flexible neon cable on the backflash (which you can see in the video) and also a mini strobe.

Q. Can I buy one of your models?
A. None of my models are for sale.

Q. Where can I buy kits to make models?
A. The main two makes of model ride kits are Faller and RAH, they both supply kits which you build step by step, then paint and motorise. They are in "00" scale which is the same as most model railways, so each ride is about 15cm square. If you prefer the bigger models (which I personally do) then these are always scratch built so your best bet is to buy a second hand one, but there isn't often any up for sale.
The websites for Faller and RAH are here:
